Warrantee

ZBecker Industries Limited Warrantee:

What is covered: ZBecker Industries warrants to the original purchaser of its

products that they will repair or replace any defects in workmanship and materials

of the Main Unit CPU for a period of two (2) years and the keypad unit for a period

of two (2) years from the date of the original purchase. Should any ZBecker product

prove defective during the warrantee period, notify the distributor or ZBecker

immediately. Upon confirmation of defect, the product will be repaired or replaced

at ZBecker's option. Repaired or replaced products will resume the original

warrantee period.

What this Warrantee Does Not Cover:

This warrantee covers only normal use in the country where it is purchased. This

warrantee does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, improper installation,

improper electrical current or damage caused by disaster such as fire, flood,

lightning or accident. It does not cover expenses incurred to uninstall and/or reinstall

defective warrantee components. This warrantee does not cover loss or damage

to vehicles, property or persons under any circumstance. ZBecker's liability is limited

exclusively to the price paid by the purchaser or replacement of its products.

Alterations to the intended use of these products shall void this warrantee. The

warrantee and remedy provided above are exclusive and in lieu of all other

expressed or implied warranties. ZBecker Industries or its affilates shall not be held

liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage resulting from the installation, use or

inability to use ZBecker products. This warrantee is intended to comply with the

laws of the United States and elsewhere and gives you specific legal rights. You may

also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
